MODULE VIII – KPI SCORING MECHANICS, WEIGHTING, INTER-AUDITOR CALIBRATION
This module equips Regenera Luxury auditors with the advanced technical capability to convert evidence into defensible scores, apply the official weighting structure correctly, and calibrate their judgments in order to achieve consistency, fairness, and certification credibility across all audited properties. In regenerative luxury hospitality, scoring cannot be reduced to binary compliance. A property may meet operational or sustainability requirements and still fail to demonstrate regenerative maturity, place-based impact, community value creation, ecosystem contribution, or transformative guest and staff wellbeing outcomes.
