Welcome to the Regenera Luxury Institute Learning Management System (“LMS”).

Regenera Luxury Institute is the educational arm of Regenera Luxury, presented by UN Tourism as the world’s first regenerative management program with external certification, focused on boutique hotels and retreats.

By accessing or using our LMS, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LMS, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If you are accessing the LMS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the LMS

2.1 Account Registration

To access courses and certification materials, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

2.2 Permitted Use

You may use the LMS solely for lawful educational and certification purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without authorization

  • Share account access with third parties

  • Reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the LMS

  • Upload harmful, unlawful, or misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in courses or certification programs:

  • May require payment

  • Is subject to availability

  • Grants limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive access

Access duration is specified on the relevant course or certification page.

Course access is personal and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers

  • Prices are listed in the applicable currency

  • Prices may be updated at our discretion

We are not responsible for payment gateway errors or external processing failures.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted within 14 days of purchase

  • Show that less than 20% of the course content has been completed

Refund approval is subject to review and compliance verification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the LMS, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials

  • Certification frameworks

  • Text, graphics, videos

  • Logos and trademarks

  • Regenera Luxury methodologies

Are the intellectual property of Regenera Luxury Institute, Regenera Luxury, or their licensors.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Certification Disclaimer

Completion of educational materials does not automatically guarantee certification.

Certification decisions are subject to:

  • Compliance review

  • Documentation verification

  • Independent or external audit procedures where applicable

Regenera Luxury Institute reserves full discretion regarding certification status.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Regenera Luxury Institute shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Platform interruptions or technical failures

All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the LMS.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access without notice

  • Remove users who violate these Terms

  • Restrict access to protect platform integrity

Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the LMS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.
